Return Process

  Reach out to our askINKEY team via our website contact form or email with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the specific return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel before shipping it back to us.

  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
